A playful and focused approach with rhythm, listening, reading, and gradual technical steps, helping children build confidence and musical imagination.
Lessons support teenagers as they build repertoire, confidence, interpretation, and a more personal connection with music.
For beginners, returning learners, and adults who want patient, structured lessons with room for personal musical interests and depth.
For students who want to go further with performance, exams, auditions, recordings, or artistic development.
Teaching Method
A lesson begins with music the student can connect to, then develops touch, coordination, technique, and personal expression through sound.
Start
Learning begins with music the student can connect to. Classical music, pop, film music, jazz, or a personally meaningful piece can all become a starting point for curiosity and practice.
Foundation
Technique is built step by step, through touch, coordination, rhythm, reading, practice habits, and a growing control of sound.
Voice
The goal is not only to play the right notes. Students gradually learn to shape sound into feeling, imagination, and their own musical voice.

“Je vroeg aan het begin wat mijn verwachtingen waren, keek naar wat ik wilde leren en sloot daarop aan met muziek die ik leuk vond. Je stelt duidelijke doelen en geeft tips en complimenten tussendoor. De manier waarop je lesgeeft vind ik prettig en leerzaam.”

“I think Hao did really well with the lessons he gave me. He was relaxed and really took the time until I understood. I learned a lot about reading the sheet music, so thanks for that Hao!”
Every lesson can begin with a simple conversation about the learner, their experience, and what they would like to explore.
